Holidays: $1000 per night/minimum 3 night stay

Deposit is non refundable if canceled within two weeks prior to
reservation date. Otherwise, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
Reservation is guaranteed upon our receipt of Deposit & Signed Rental Agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
Full payment due within two weeks prior to reservation date.
You will receive an invoice with total balance due.
Reservation will be canceled if not received by due date.
